Our mentoring services are tailored to your needs as defined by the project at hand, as well as, the people working on it. By definition, mentoring takes place where you are. Mentors need to take part in the day-to-day activities of the project team. Mentoring works best if applied to all competencies: Architecture, front-end, back-end, and business users.

The amount of mentoring required is difficult to estimate. In general, most customers and partners only use mentoring services in the first iteration (4-6 weeks) of the construction phase of a project. After that, an incidental call or visit can be planned.
