
According to Eurostat, the number of vacancies fell to 1,7% of total employment in the Eurozone, compared to 1,8% in the fourth quarter of last year. Germany, UK and Belgium showed the strongest growth in the number of vacancies. Latvia’s share climbed by 0,5% and the number in the Netherlands grew by 0,1% (1,6%).
