Employees are willing to move for the right job

Three out of the four employees are willing to move if they get the job that they have always wanted.

This is evident from the Kelly Global Workforce Index, which surveyed 230,000 employees worldwide. 

Twenty-one per cent of respondents are willing to move to another continent, 17% to another country and more than one in 10 would move to another region, and the same number to another city.

Half of the Europeans surveyed prefer to move to another European country for work. North America (17%), Asia-Pacific (7%), South America (4%), Africa (3%) and the Middle East (2%) are less popular destinations.

Also, a third of the respondents prefer to work for a multinational company, followed by a national company (13%) and a regional company (10%).
