Mobiquity Opens New European Headquarters in Amsterdam

Mobiquity Expands to Europe, Establishing Global Presence as Mobile Engagement Provider. Acquires Netherlands-based Full-service Web and Mobile Development Firm to Drive European Growth.
Mobiquity, a mobile engagement provider creating innovative solutions that drive business value, has selected the Netherlands for its expansion into Europe and has acquired Xaton, a full-service Web and mobile development company based in Amsterdam. Xaton’s clients include Ziggo, DTG, Superdirect and KPN. The opening of Mobiquity’s first European office, headquartered in Amsterdam, is driven by the company’s significant growth in the U.S., as well as increasing global demand for its enterprise-class mobile solutions. Xaton’s 60 employees – 40 based in Amsterdam and 20 in India – will become members of Mobiquity’s global team, as part of the merger.

Mobiquity identified Amsterdam as the ideal location for its European headquarters due to its central European location and reputation as a global center for high-tech companies. Based on the significant growth opportunity in Europe, Mobiquity will be rapidly recruiting to expand the Amsterdam team to drive business development and augment the existing delivery teams. A cross-functional team has already begun the work of seamlessly integrating Xaton into Mobiquity and it is expected that staff from each region will be working on client projects together. Dennis Tilgenkamp, Xaton’s Managing Director, will serve as Managing Director, Mobiquity Europe.
“The demand for strategic mobile expertise has reached a global scale,” said Bill Seibel, founder and CEO of Mobiquity. “Xaton’s strong commitment to providing innovative, enterprise-class Web and mobile solutions – as well as its superior technology and development skills – not only complements Mobiquity, but also provides a strategic springboard for our expansion into Europe where we see great opportunity for our world-class approach to strategy, UX design and integration.”

Mobiquity’s global expansion comes on the heels of its growth in the U.S., where it added its eighth and ninth regional offices in Gainesville, FL and San Francisco, CA, respectively, in 2013. Founded in 2011, the company’s revenues increased 600 percent over its first full year (2012), and continue to grow rapidly, with Q3 2013 representing its best quarter to date. Mobiquity was also recently recognized among the mobile specialists in industry analyst Forrester’s August 2013 report titled; “Wanted: Mobile Engagement Providers.”
“By bringing together the combined talents of Xaton and Mobiquity, we will be well-positioned to help European companies conceive and implement strategic, transformative mobile engagements,” said Dennis Tilgenkamp. As part of its European focus, Mobiquity leadership will be speaking at upcoming industry events. President, Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder Scott Snyder will be a keynote speaker at Perfect Storm Europe 2013 conference in Amsterdam Oct 8. Seibel will be speaking at the AIIM Executive Leadership Council “Mobilizing the Enterprise: What’s it Going to Take?” in London November 21.

For an expat moving to the Netherlands, getting the right direction is very important. It's important that one knows which steps and direction to take. Linda is an exceptionally talent counselor, her advice has helped me land a job within a week of coming to the Netherlands. I am grateful for her mentoring and look forward to a great working relationship in the future.

Dr. Hrishiraj S | Clinical Research & Affairs Manager

Together Abroad provided expert advice on personal branding including developing a top-notch, market-aware CV, highly tailored job applications, and approach strategies with potential employers in the Netherlands. Furthermore, I found them be highly knowledgeable in key related fields such as recruitment strategy, immigration law, contracts, labor agreements, and (un)employment benefits. I would recommend Together Abroad to anyone who needs professional help with transitioning to a new career.

Linda is a big mind. She thinks about things that the rest normally overlook. The insight she has about the dutch job market can only be achieved through years of experience and persistence.

Her business savvy is complemented by her mastery of understanding the client's needs and requirements. For my career I could say, she was the “Mary Poppins”, who guided me through thick and thin and helped me to land a career in the Netherlands
