The province of Noord-Holland has developed a “Dashboard Prosperity and Welfare”. It shows, among other things, that the North Hollander compared to the average Dutchman is a fraction richer.
It also appears that in Noord-Holland there are less owned homes, but that their average value is higher than in the rest of the Netherlands. The dashboard is designed to monitor certain economic effects on welfare and prosperity in Noord-Holland.
The dashboard Prosperity and Welfare is part of the Economic Implementation Agenda of the province of North Holland. Deputy of the Economy Affairs, Jaap Bond: “Issues such as employment, education and a pleasant living environment have a demonstrable effect on prosperity and welfare. Our economic policy contributes in it on right way”.

Sustainable Economy Boosting

In the period 2016 - 2019 the province drew 90 million Euros to boost sustainability in the Noord-Holland economy. The Economics Execution Agenda includes 18 million in (sustainable) innovation on middleand small sized companies to help them develop. For measures that are makingthe existing work more attractive and more sustainable, there is a further 14 million Euros available, and for restructuring in greenhouses there is nearly 10 million.
The dashboard Prosperity and Welfare shows at a glance how Noord-Holland compared to the rest of the Netherlands scores in the areas of economics, demography, housing, income and assets, work, education, happiness, environment and habitat. Thus, the province is ahead in development.

For an expat moving to the Netherlands, getting the right direction is very important. It's important that one knows which steps and direction to take. Linda is an exceptionally talent counselor, her advice has helped me land a job within a week of coming to the Netherlands. I am grateful for her mentoring and look forward to a great working relationship in the future.

Together Abroad provided expert advice on personal branding including developing a top-notch, market-aware CV, highly tailored job applications, and approach strategies with potential employers in the Netherlands. Furthermore, I found them be highly knowledgeable in key related fields such as recruitment strategy, immigration law, contracts, labor agreements, and (un)employment benefits. I would recommend Together Abroad to anyone who needs professional help with transitioning to a new career.

Linda is a big mind. She thinks about things that the rest normally overlook. The insight she has about the dutch job market can only be achieved through years of experience and persistence.

Her business savvy is complemented by her mastery of understanding the client's needs and requirements. For my career I could say, she was the “Mary Poppins”, who guided me through thick and thin and helped me to land a career in the Netherlands
