SER advice about flexible workers

The government wants to the NGO Sociaal Economische Raad (Social and Economic Council of the Netherlands, SER) to include advice on the flexible deployment of people within organisations this coming year. In addition, it is important for the government to know what gives this flexibility and the consequences this may carry with them.

The government not only wants to submit a request for advice on flexibility but also on practical learning in secondary vocational education, social enterprises, and people from the labour market, in terms of the effects of regulations on the scale and growth of businesses.

The Cabinet has agreed to the proposal made by Asscher, Minister of Social Affairs and Employment.
