Sharp increase in HR vacancies

Those who are looking for a job in the HR sector probably will find more options, more easily. In the third quarter of 2015, the demand for employees in the HR field rose again. Compared to the third quarter of 2014, the number of vacancies increased by 33 percent, according to research undertaken by Yacht.

The increase in vacancies in the third quarter of 2015 compared to the third quarter of 2014 is the highest for the recruitment sector, with a 68 percent increase. According to the research, large companies need more personnel, which means more recruiters are needed.

Ellen Bergh, Sales Manager HRM at Yacht: "Another trend I've noticed this year is the increase in the number of jobs focused on employment as a starting point instead of the function. " Ellen Bergh mentions as an example the function of consultant recruitment. "We see in 2015 an increase of 78 percent in demand for this type of function. Especially within the government's demand for such large HR profiles. This probably has to do with the great change assignment which governments stand for. Guiding and relocating to other work is an important part of this."
