
The Group announced the survey results today. According to the study, The Netherlands scores average compared to its neighbouring countries. Belgium and France expect a wage increase of 2% and Germans will be receiving a 2.8% increment in their salaries.
Globally, increase in salaries in 2015 is expected to average 5.4%. This figure is partly affected by substantial salary increases in South America by high inflation rates. Another factor is challenge to find the right talent for positions in Asia.
Hay Group conducts an annual research on wage expectations. The research is based on over 16 million employees in 110 countries across the globe.
