More and more young talents from abroad achieve their Masters degrees in the Netherlands, and then they leave, taking with them their knowledge and ambition. In order to retain them in the Dutch economy, Detachieringsbureau Time Flex Academy matches international talents to Dutch companies with international ambitions. Their general manager Lyndsey explains: "Imagine that you have business growth ambitions in, Germany, Spain, Italy or Poland, for example, Time Flex Academy can help you find an appropriate high potential candidate that speaks the language perfectly and fits the culture naturally. And moreover, the candidate is skilled in the English language and already feels at home in the Dutch culture."

According to Lyndsy, economic growth opportunities are lower when graduates depart the Netherlands. "We believe in the power of the new generation. They can create opportunities and take chances arising from globalization. High potentials can make a difference and contribute to business growth."

At this moment, approximately 90,000 students are busy with their education in the Netherlands. About two-thirds of them are from other EU countries. They choose the Netherlands because of the quality of universities, and also because of the economic perspective. However, at present, only one in five international high potentials remains after completion of their study.

For an expat moving to the Netherlands, getting the right direction is very important. It's important that one knows which steps and direction to take. Linda is an exceptionally talent counselor, her advice has helped me land a job within a week of coming to the Netherlands. I am grateful for her mentoring and look forward to a great working relationship in the future.

Dr. Hrishiraj S | Clinical Research & Affairs Manager

Together Abroad provided expert advice on personal branding including developing a top-notch, market-aware CV, highly tailored job applications, and approach strategies with potential employers in the Netherlands. Furthermore, I found them be highly knowledgeable in key related fields such as recruitment strategy, immigration law, contracts, labor agreements, and (un)employment benefits. I would recommend Together Abroad to anyone who needs professional help with transitioning to a new career.

Linda is a big mind. She thinks about things that the rest normally overlook. The insight she has about the dutch job market can only be achieved through years of experience and persistence.

Her business savvy is complemented by her mastery of understanding the client's needs and requirements. For my career I could say, she was the “Mary Poppins”, who guided me through thick and thin and helped me to land a career in the Netherlands
