These figures were reported by SRA, a network of accounting firms, based on examining accounts of more than 3,200 companies. Accordingly, last year’s average earnings rose by 32% compared to 2013. The main cause of this rising profits seems to be the cost reductions, which companies implemented during the crisis.
SRA says that the industry and logistics are doing well, whereas the automotive industry, retail business as well as the construction industry is still struggling.
