
The study shows that the education sector has had the most complaints of employees suffering from burn out. In this sector, many employees have given complaints of burn out due to the high workload and the high degree of emotional involvement in their work. In second and third place are the information and communication industry and financial services. In agriculture, forestry and fisheries see that complaints relating to burn out are the least common.
It has been seen that people in the age group of people ranging from 25-35 years will burn out the most. Around 17 percent of this group is affected. The 65-75 year age group are the least likely to complain about burn out, with only 2.4 percent seeing symptoms. In many cases they retire or they work in small part-time jobs.
