Where can HR managers find internationals who are ready to work in Holland?
There is an ongoing discussion in the Dutch media about the shortage of skilled workers. Experts and authorities in the trade forecast that by 2014,The Netherlands will have a shortage of about 60,000 skilled workers and the Dutch job industry would have to rely on foreign skilled workforce to fill up this shortage in the near future.
