
The members of the relevant trade unions have agreed on the principle agreement reached in December, the postal company announced Wednesday.
In the collective agreement, there are agreements on a wage increase. The deliverers will, as of 1 January, earn 0.9 percent more and as of July 1, they will receive a further 0.5 percent. In January and July 2017 there will be two salary increases also with 0.9 and 0.5 percent respectively.
Mail deliverers will henceforth receive an expense allowance ranging from 70 to 105 euros per year, depending on the number of contractures. They will also receive a fee for using their own smartphones at work.
