What information do workers need to choose an employer abroad?
If you can give international job seekers the information that they require in advance, so that they feel more at ease about the posting, you will give yourself an edge over other employers who have not given sufficient qualifying information upfront. So, what do potential expats want to know? According to the Global Talent Mobility survey, the top 5 things that potential expats wanted to know about up front were: Accommodation, Standard of Living, Comfortable social environment, language learning opportunities and relocation arrangements. So, at the very least make sure this information is provided to job seekers early on in the hiring process.

According to the Global Talent Barometer survey, most international job seekers are looking for a fixed/temporary contract of 12 months or more.
