During the period 2009 – 2014, the initiative reached about 20% of young unemployed people. More than 145,000 people participated in the ESF (European Social Fund) programme, a campaign initiated by the EU to boost and improve employment in Europe. The ESF funds help people to advance their skills, such as through traineeships and coaching, and enhance their job opportunities along with it.
In 2010 – 2012, more than 60% of the people found a job right after the participation. The unstable job market in 2013 posed difficulties for participants to find a job. However in 2014, almost half of this group was working.
