One in ten Dutch companies with ten or more employees is a 'fast grower'. At these companies, the number of workers have increase by an average annual rate of 21 percent between 2011 and 2014. In total, almost six thousand companies in this category, reports the Central Bureau of Statistics (Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek, CBS).

The number of fast-growing companies has decreased compared to 2010 by about 8 percent, although the proportion in relation to the number of surviving firms remained the same. The number of employees at fast growing companies increased by more than 286 thousand, between 2011 and 2014. This is due in part to the acquisition of another company, where employees often come along.

Fast growers are found mainly in trade, business services, rental, and industry sectors. In the transportation and warehousing sector, as well as the construction industry, there are very few fast growers.

Linda is a big mind. She thinks about things that the rest normally overlook. The insight she has about the dutch job market can only be achieved through years of experience and persistence.

Her business savvy is complemented by her mastery of understanding the client's needs and requirements. For my career I could say, she was the “Mary Poppins”, who guided me through thick and thin and helped me to land a career in the Netherlands
