
Accordingly, more than 85% of them are subjected to swearing, hitting, threats and other forms of aggression. A quarter of these workers feel that their bosses force them to withhold this, and that they should not file a complaint.
The president of the union points out that it most likely has to do with cutbacks in healthcare, which result in less staff and thus in less attention to the handicapped as well. The union wants employee trainings to include better preparations for these types of aggression.
