Centraal Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen – this is the Driving License Authority website in the Netherlands. You'll need to apply here to convert your current license to a Dutch one so you can drive legally in the Netherlands.
www.kiesbeter.nl; if you are on a long term stay, then private health insurance is mandatory. This site allows you to compare insurances and prices. You may qualify for healthcare allowance which means the government may contribute towards the cost of health insurance. You can apply for healthcare allowance at www.belastingdienst.nl/
