HR Generalist Job description
Responsibilities
- Coordination of all recruiting processes as well as the workforce planning
- Implementation of human resources programs, containing among others the management of training and development sessions, compensation systems, and talent detection
- Management of performance systems
- Maintenance relationships with internal as well as external partners such as recruiters or legal counselors
- Organization of information related to human resource issues
- Maintenance of the organizational values and pursuing of the goals
Requirements
- Degree in business, human resource management or any other related field
- Experience in a position in the field of HRM is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Well-developed organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate with and present in front of people from different levels as well as lead negotiations with them
