HR Generalist Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of all recruiting processes as well as the workforce planning
  • Implementation of human resources programs, containing among others the management of training and development sessions, compensation systems, and talent detection
  • Management of performance systems
  • Maintenance relationships with internal as well as external partners such as recruiters or legal counselors
  • Organization of information related to human resource issues
  • Maintenance of the organizational values and pursuing of the goals

Requirements

  • Degree in business, human resource management or any other related field
  • Experience in a position in the field of HRM is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate with and present in front of people from different levels as well as lead negotiations with them
