Verra Real Estate is an international orientated housing agency, specialized in the exclusive rental market of The Hague, Rotterdam and Leiden. The vision of Verra Real Estate is to guarantee and provide international companies, expats and private persons the highest possible standard of service, legal knowledge and quality housing during their stay in the Netherlands. This vision has been developed by our team as a result of our experience in the ordinary rental market. The current housing agencies do not apply the same standards as Verra Real Estate. The lack of service and quality had become a common practice in the market. Verra Real Estate thrives to avoid this stigma and introduced a whole new concept to today’s real estate business.

Verra Real Estate offers several full service short stay apartments for expats in the city centre of The Hague. These apartments include a cleaning service, a welcome mail with all info required for expats who are new to The Hague, you will even be helped obtaining an 'OV-chipkaart', which is required to travel with public transport.
