BUSINESS ANALYST
Responsibilities
- Development of technical solutions to problems with the business processes
- Analysis as well as evaluation of requirements
- Revealing needs for changes and preparation of suggestions for the improvement
- Assessment of probable impact of the changes
- Communication of required changes to the respective managers and negotiation about possible ways of realization
- Support of the implementation process to ensure an effective use of the new system
- Monitoring of the success after the implementation of the business changes and derivation of insights for upcoming business analyses
Requirements
- Degree in business/economics, information systems or any other related field
- Practical experience in the field of business analysis or project management is advantageous
- Ability to remain calm and work concentrated under time pressure
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to explain technical issues to people with lower technical knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to identify the core of problems and effectively solve them
