Compliance Manager
Responsibilities
- Identification of compliance related issues for which investigation is needed
- Investigation in risky business areas, in which non-compliance is probable
- Planning of trainings and information systems to align the employees to keep the compliance
- Discussion of current compliance issues with superiors and affected departments
- Documentation and preparation of reports about the recent issues, upcoming risks and developments
Requirements
- Degree in business/economics, finance, law or any other related field
- Practical experience in a similar position advantageous
- Well developed analytical and communicational skills
- Ability to easily convince others and motivate them to follow a certain direction
- Understanding of operational processes within the company
- Detail-orientation
