Outbound Sales Manager Job description
Responsibilities
- Oversight of outbound activities and processes and derivation and implementation of improved approaches 
 - Cooperation with the customer support team and provision of advice in sales related issues 
 - Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives 
 - Contacting customers and presentation of the current products or services 
 - Plans and continuously monitors departmental operations to ensure that all work requirements and customer needs are being me 
 
Requirements
- Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field 
 - Practical experience in a similar position advantageous 
 - Well-developed presentation and negotiation skills 
 - Ability to effectively communicate in both the written and oral way 
 - Goal- and customer-orientation 
 - Ability to individually relate and respond to each customer's demands
