Account manager Job description
Responsibilities
- Building of new relationships with customers by among others using existing contacts
- Maintenance of the strength in customer relationships
- Receipt and processing of customer matters by solving the issues and meeting the customers' needs
- Attendance in meetings and negotiations with the organizations' clients
- Preparation of reports about accountants' trends to identify opportunities of growth and reveal variances
Requirements
- Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field
- Experience in the field of account management advantageous
- Strong communication as well as negotiation skills
- Confidence in presenting the organization and oneself
- Customer-orientation and well-developed business acumen
- Ability to resist stress and manage time
