Diversity and Inclusion Manager Job description
Responsibilities
- Research and recommendation on diversity and inclusion issues
- Creation as well as implementation of inclusion plans
- Coordination of disability services and alignment of all respective affected areas like recruitment and retention
- Conduction of research on best practices
- Maintenance of relationships to diversity related organizations in order to set up cooperation and improve the image of the company's brand
- Prepare trainings for diverse teams and build relationships among colleagues
Requirements
- Degree in business/economics, HR management, social science or other related fields
- At best, practical experience with diversity management
- Experience with the development of training sessions advantageous
- Intercultural competences
- Ability to assess difficulties and teach people to overcome them
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
