Being dismissed before the state pension age is only permitted if there is a good reason. This is called objective justification.
[termination of employment on grounds of age is prohibited, unless there is an objective justification (unless the termination is related to the achievement of the AOW pension-age).
An employee should not just be fired upon reaching of a certain age.
If you are dismissed, without objective justification and you do not agree, you must let your employer know that your dismissal is against the law within 2 months [of being informed of the decision] after the day that the employment contract was terminated. And at the same time ask your employer to pay your wages. This is payment for the period between your resignation and when you start receiving your pension. If your employer refuses to withdraw your resignation and to pay your wages then you can ask the court, within six months, to reverse the dismissal.
